What is guaranteed rent?
An agreement where we lease your property directly and pay you a fixed monthly rent for the length of the contract, regardless of whether the property is occupied.
Are there any fees or commission?
No — 0% commission and no management fees. The rent we quote is the rent you receive.
Who handles repairs and maintenance?
We do. Our maintenance team handles reactive and planned repairs throughout the contract term at no extra cost to you.
What contract lengths are available?
From 1 to 5 years, with longer terms available on request.
