Instead of renting directly to individual tenants, you lease your property to Pynnacle Assets under a fixed-term contract. We pay you an agreed monthly rent — on time, every time — whether the property is occupied, between tenancies, or undergoing works.
We then take on the day-to-day responsibility of managing the property, including sourcing occupants, handling maintenance, and ensuring the property is kept in good condition throughout the contract term.
